Can feeding wild birds with peanuts during the breeding season harm the nestlings?
no actually it is good for them because peanuts are very high in protein and will help them produce milk for their babies
personal experience with birds i had around 200 racing pigeons at one time

No
Yes, the peanuts come out as chunky white peanut butter and it really messes up the nest. The nestlings get it all over their wings, can’t peck it off, and thus, can’t fly.
jjbn is an idiot, birds don’t produce milk
