Sure, just supplement it with scratch grains to bring down the overall protien content. I think you’ll need like ten pounds of scratch per fifty of game bird grower. Of course, with pekins, they’ll do much better if you throw in alfalfa pellets as well. Pekins do like their greens.
Our Muscovy ducks who like Mazuri waterfowl food, spinach, papaya, cucumbers, shredded brussel sprouts, and lots of bugs, and suffered through our feed switching until we found the right brand and supplier.
