It is possible to handfeed that young though not generally recommended. It should only be done if the parents are not carring for the chicks. Provide plenty of soft foods for them to feed and monitor to make sure the are feeding, only pull if necessary. Do not try to handfeed based on watching videos off of youtube. You will most likely end up injuring or killing the chicks. Fine an experiance breeder in your are that handfeeds or a bird specialties store that handfeeds chicks and ask them to teach you to do it properly
