at ten months old thats a very bad sign, i would put it down before it goes through the chronic bloopus syndrom or cbs. if you dont want to put it down your going to have to kill the male bird before it deficates 3 times after sex

She is too young to breed and the egg smashing is a sign of that. Nip the problem in the bud and remove her from any breeding situations. Young birds under 12 months should not be in a cage/aviary with nest boxes in it.
Because she did smash eggs, which can become a serious issue, but she is only still young, so you may be able to break the behavior. Don’t let her breed for at least 6 months so she can “forget” the behaviour and hopfully have healthy breeding later on.
P.s she doesn’t need to be killed!
