Okay, she brought the SAME chick back after I used your advice to let it go, this is 10 hours after I let it go. It’s now bleeding, it’s leg looks crippled etc. I’m going to try and feed it, but I’m really asking for help here, thanks!

On Average, How much eggs do they lay? 4. Should I buy the nesting box when I buy the cage and the birds? 5. How long does it take them to mate? 6. From the advice I received, I decided to do something. What I did was..
I took a square tissue box and cut it shorter and a way for my female bird to go in. I placed shredded paper on the bottom of the box. and i took the top cage apart from the bottom and placed it behind me so my female bird didn’t see me touching her egg. I had a rubber glove on and took the egg and placed it in the tissue box filled with shredded paper carefully and put it in the place where the egg first was. I put the top cage back onto the bottom and placed the whole cage where they were and put the blanket back on top of them.
Would this help my female parakeet concentrate more on the egg and keep it warm?
I bang on the window, have hung windchimes, and sent my small poodle out to “get um”, but no avail, they are eating all the seed , 25 pounds in a few days, and scare all the others away. Can anyone give me some advice on how to keep the black birds away? My husband wants me to stop feeding them, but I just can’t do it!
Help me, give me something to work with. I know you guys can help me.

I found two baby birds outside. I’m guessing they blew out of their nest because it was really windy. I couldn’t find their nest so I took them home so I could take care of them. I bought worms, their in a box, and I have a lamp over them for heat. How long until they are old enough to fly? Do you have any other advice for me? I don’t know much about birds. I don’t even know what kind they are.
I have 3 pacific parrotlets babies, I have decided to take them out of the nesting box at 3 weeks to handfeed them so when it is time to find them homes they will be tame. So my questions are, when do I start introducing them to normal bird food, and how often do they need to be hand-fed at 3 weeks? Any advice will help..thanks!
The reason I ask is that I go to school 3 hours a day 5 days a week, and if they need to be fed like ever 2 hours or something I will just wait untill they are even older to take the out
im in north carolina.moderate temps,no snow thus far.immense flocks of birds this year tho.are they dependant on my feeders?i’d like to taper off,but i dont want them to starve.im going thru a 5 pound bag of seed a day,there are so many birds.thats 3 to 5 dallars a day on birdseed.im in over my head,it wasnt as busy other years-how do i handle this?when is it safe to stop?i love them,but im running low on cash!help!
