Humane way to rid Cat of hanging around my feeders.?

I love cats I have 2 myself strictly indoor. I have a bird feeding station in my yard. I have not had any issues with predators but today I noticed a gray cat hanging around. I don’t have a fenced yard and its not an option to get one but wondered if there is any kind of safe humane repellant I could use to keep him away but not harm the birds or the chipmunks. I can’t use a water hose because it would make a huge mess but didn;t know if anyone knew of a repellant for cats but safe for the birds and chipmunks and something that won’t repell them.

Looking for a way (non-lethal!) to keep chipmunks from eating all the bird food I put out?

Sister in law just moved into a house, has a side patio that is shaded on 3 sides by several tall arbor vitae bushes, she has been putting bird seed in her feeders, and has been invaded by chipmunks. What can she do to keep them out of the bird food ? She is feeding seed mixes and suet . The chipmunks are eating it all.

Need tips for stopping chipmunks from feeding at bird feeder.?

We put some wire caging around the tube-style bird feeder that allows the smaller birds to feed yet stops the larger birds from feeding, but the chipmunks get in and eat lots of bird seed. Any suggestions on how to stop chipmunks from using the tube bird feeder?
