Lillac Crested Amazon Parrot for sale in southeast Kansas, but I do not know the birds value.?

I am prepared to sell our familys lillac crested amazon parrot, but I have no clue what the value of the bird might be. He is ‘middle aged’ for a parrot, somewhere in the mid- to late 40′s (average lifespan for an amazon is 90 years.) He is in apparant good health, and has been well cared for during his lifetime. We have had the bird for 11 years. He of course would be sold with his cage, toys, feeding trays and bottle, and a supply of food included. Any ideas what an appropriate selling price would be?

Baby bird, what should I do?

I found a baby dove that fell out of its nest. What should I do? naturally i should take it to a rescue center however I have no numbers or areas that I know of where to take it. I’m in Los Angeles, CA and I have no clue where to take it. It’s been without a mother or anything for about three days now; I guess it was in my apartment Stairwell for several days, somebody just told me about it, and so I have it in a little box, I’ve been trying to give it SOMETHING to eat and drink, and I just want some information if anybody can provide me with some. THANKS!
I wasn’t planning on keeping it… I do understand how it could come across as that. It isn’t fully feathered; it’s growing up stuff on its head already. It was found in the stairway of my apartment and there’s no nest to be found; the neighbors and I have searched. i just wanted to know what to do until I can get to a wildlife rescue place, because I don’t want it to die :( Anything to help it out until I can get to it tomorrow. Thank you.

I have a nesting box set up in the cage, and all 4 eggs are in there. I am feeding the birds seed with a different kind of food also. she has layed 8 eggs in all within the last month. so I am worried that she is low on vitimains. don’t I need a special feed filled with vitimains just for breeding parakeets? I need all the advice you have on breeding budgie parakeets. do I need to keep her and her mate away from the other bird. I need advice I am new at this she just started laying and I am clue less on what to do.

How do I care for a dove that won’t fly away?

i found a dove in my yard and have no clue what to feed it. Is regular bird feed alright or does it require specific feed?
Ok…This dove is pure white and pretty plump. I don’t believe it’s a wild bird. I called the vet and they said it was probably a wedding release bird who has no idea where to go….poor bird!

Nesting bird problem PLEASE help. I have no clue.?

My friend has a cannery who has a mate, and started laying eggs, but she kicked them out of the nest, this is before they got a mate for her, so to prevent nesting, when they did get her a mate, they removed the nesting box, but she has laid three eggs in her food dish.
And sitting on them. so they are probably fertilised.. im going to candle them next time i see them.
But how are they to prevent nesting in the future, with out taking away her mate, because she stresses now when they tried to separate them.
Also.. how they going to look after the chicks.
I have raised many birds before, but never seed eaters.
i usualy raise starlings, blackbirds, thrush. etc.
so my knowlege doest go to PET cannery’s. how will they raise them to be pet birds etc etc etc.
please help!
P.S I WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE TO ASK.
By ‘it’, do you mean your incredibly small, slightly bent to the right, penis?
Because if your were, i would gladly get an air gun and shoot ‘it’.

Help! Am I doing enough for this baby bird?

My across the street neighbor stole a baby bird that I am guessing only 2 or 3 days old I have been feeding it bread soaked in water and feeding it thorough a syringe (the reason i have it is because my mom took it from him to try to find the nest which apparently had been ripped up by my across the street neighbor) i am keeping the bird in an old shoe box inside of a metal crate (like one of the file crates with a whole bunch of holes in it) with a heating pad in the bottom for at night and a lamp above it for during the day. I was wondering if there is anything else i should be doing or what else i should know. O yea i have no clue what kind of bird it was

found an bird egg, we have no clue what to do with it.?

the egg is slightly cracked..we see white when we look it to the cracks. We let it sit in the tree for a while, where we found it, no one came. A nest was below and the egg was in the tree just sitting there. We put it in a nest we made in a box under a light that heats the egg. Is there a chance tht the egg could still be alive, is so is the white color good? Also What kind of bird is it. The egg is white with a pinkish tint.
