we feed the birds in our back yard every day. there are blue jays, cardinals, humming birds, etc. but there is this bird that has grayish-brown body with a big red mark on top of his head. is that a wild bird or somebody’s pet? is there any wild birds that have a red mark on their head? i live on long island(just to let you know about the location)

Does anyone??Our wolves are almost exstinct along with the elephants and our PLANET IS BECOMING UGLY!!!!Why is everyone not rycycling and watering plants and feeding strays and wild animals??Soon the Humming birds will leave forever and also,the animals and plants make the Eartth pretty.NOT US!!

Do humming birds know that we’re feeding them when we put out a feeder for them?? Or is it just a natural thing to them?? Like Do they wonder when you move it why your moving thier flower?? I would really like to know!! Please no wise cracks.
