why do baby birds keep chirping even afte i fed them?

I found a baby bird unharmed in my backyard. I took him in and keep feeding it tuna but every 10 min. it’s hungry and I can not get to sleep. I fed it like 10-20 times in the whole day. He keeps chirping and I can’t make him stop without giving him food every 10 min. And then he goes to sleep. After 10 min same thing happens, chirping and hungry. What should I do to stop? I want him to live. The good thing is nights he never chirps. I think he sleeps. From liek 9pm to 6am he sleeps.
How do I stop it from chirping I don’t have time to feed it every 10 minutes? And plus I did leave him where I found him for 1 hour and I came back and he was still there laying there.
how do I get sleep? I need to live my own life too.

PLEASE HELPASAP – just found baby bird can you help identify!?

I went outside at 10 min ago and on the front lawn was a little baby bird! just sitting there like it was chilling haha. i find babys all the time but never this breed…i need to know what it is so i can help it accordingly!

i live in AUSTRALIA and i do know it is a NATIVE aussie bird –
i called it Grimace cause its huge yellow grin :P

ive raised baby budgies all my life and looked after many wild birds but not this one!!!!
i WILL be taking it to a carer today but they arent open for another 2 hours…ive got him in my old nesting box with sheddings andi chucked some woolen bedding pads around him so hes nice and warm and in dark. but hes next to me chirping away so please advice asap!!!
oh also…i will NOT be returning him where he came from…i have always in the past and the mothers come back =) but Grimace (lol) was in the middle of the lawn and there are no trees around it till about 10m out (and they are pines) so not nesting trees…plus my 3 cats are outside…no idea how he got there!
sigh.i hate when people DONT READ THE QUESTION!
dude its a practically unfeathered bird in the middle of a lawn with a street full of cats. i waited 20min and no bird came by. there were NO trees around. and the ones that were, i checked over and over and NOTHING
i hate people like you! anyway im driving it to a rehabilitation centre now so you can shove that up ya lskjdfl!
sorry but people like you make me mad.

my parakeet is pushing her baby away?

my parakeet laid 5 eggs one of the eggs hatched and she is pushing the baby away. we have her and the eggs in a nesting box. i looked in the box to check on the baby and it wasn’t there i found her on the bottom of the cage the baby is like a day old. so i got the baby and put her back in the box she was still alive. i checked again 30 min later and she had the baby bird on the other side of the box where i found her >dead< :( what do i do if the other eggs hatch and she does this again? please help!

Help!! My parakeet egg just hatch!! What do i do?

So my I have been waiting for the parakeet egg to hatch and it finally did today when I discovered it hatch just like 30 min ago.So I saw the mother was liking kissing or doing something to the chick mouth with her own mouth is like kissing.And the newborn parakeet mouth seems to be very gooey and slimy.Yes the bird is kept warm in a nest box.And its my 1st time too.I dont want to hand fed it.Help PLEASE!

hand rearing a 4 day old love bird ?

rite i have an aviary and ive hand reared love birds before but from the age of about 8-10 weeks as they had feathers reggie and ronnie are doing well and good , now my problem is we had a baby hatch jan 31st and we have been checking everyday as we have had snow and very bad weather , when i checked this-morning the mum was dead ! i know it was mum as she was on the floor under the nest box , and no bird came out and b4 i took him out i waited in the corner for 15 Min’s and no bird went in , the baby hasn’t even got his eyes open and was very cold , im am at my wits end with worry ive brought the baby in and he is in a nesting box on a large heat mat so he’s warm as he was cold when i found him , he is now hot to touch , im trying to feed him every 2 hours with food i mix with water from the pet shop and i will weigh him b4 and after a feed does anyone know of anything extra i can do or something im doing wrong as he is so small and dependent he weighs 15 grams at the mo , im thinking he he survives through the night it will be a good sign im trying not to get attached to him but its SO hard not too thank you xx sorry for the long question xx
hi there hope made it through the night she is looking strong we were up every 2 hours giving her a feed all we can do is what were doing and hope for the best , the vets said its good she made it trrough the nite , if you want to see her i have picky,s and a video on my facebook under my name tracey bullard xx i am in brighton and hove just in case there are a few of us lol thank you for youre help xx

Taking care of a newborn bird…am i doing it right?

My mom and i found a newborn bird tonight. It doesnt have feathers…its reddish pink and bald. It hasn’t opened it’s eyes. I googled it to find out what to feed it. It told me to feed it every 45min and this is the recipe it provived: 1cup dry dog/ cat food soaked….a hard boiled egg…one fourth applesauce and vitamins…mixed up like oatmeal. I fed it to the bird and i am going to bed now….should i wake up every 45min or will it be okay until 2maro morning? It is sleeping in a container with crumpled up towel unter a nice heating pad with a towel in between. is there any other accomodations i should make for it? Do you know any hot-lines or places that could take it?

How do you make a cardboard nesting box?

My birds mated yesterday for 1 min and i want to know how you make a nesting box out of a shoebox or anything like that.
I know its alot better to get one from petco which I will do if I can’t make it.
