I live on the 4th floor of an apt complex and woke up to find mouse droppings on my balcony. Is this possible

The droppings are just in one section but look like they belong to more than what one mouse can produce. I see no holes in the walls and there are no drain pipes. I do know that my upstairs neighbor feeds birds above us. Is that related somehow? Is there something I should do? I’m freaking out.

my moms neighbor feeds all the squirrels & birds what can she do?

they have ruined her garden, especailly all the squirrels. She pours buckets of food out each day and they bury there peanuts in her yard too. There are peanut trees growing everywere in her yard now. They look like small weed trees and also lots of bird poop from the birds?? what can she do..Are the squirrels part of the rodent family and do they carry germs ??

She told the lady and all she said was COVER up your garden, very rude…. is this unhealthy since its black birds( crows) and squirrels ? Thanks
there are too many of them, and if there unhealthy thats her main concern… because of all the poop and stuff, thanks

Would you like to have an illegal alien and family as your new next door neighbor?

Let me provide you some insight into what to expect.
The roosters are crowing early in the morning to wake up the hens on the undocumented chicken farm, some new mothers fathers uncles nephew is feeding the community pet/aka pig and 15 yapping little rat dogs run wild, there are 8 cages of various birds, parakeets, finches, doves, peakcocks are also running about the undocumented farm, though it was only a 1 bedroom studio apartment when the Mr and Mrs Johnson lived there, now we under it is a condo housing aproximately 30 people, extented family I assume, and the yard harbours underground bunkers for another 20 the police are looking for.
The corn field on the south side is nice, it helps obstruct the view of laundry hanging in the sun, the smell cow stomach boiling in the pot fills the block with a stench one used to find south of the border and mingles with the harsh chemical smell from the underground undocumented pharmacutical company the brothers business runs, etc…….

Baby Great-Horned Owls!?!?

my neighbor has found two baby Great-Horned Owls the parents were nowhere to be found and there were cats and dogs around there there was a dog that was eyeing them when we got there and we figured since the parents were nowhere and there were dogs and cats around there that we would take them home and take care of them. i went to pick them up they made a clacking sound with their beaks but didn’t bite me does this mean that they are hungry? and how do i feed them? we have taken in other birds but not owls and not babies. could you tell me how to take care of them? or get a link to a site that will tell me how to take care of them? i have them in a wire kennel with a plastic bottom and a made a nest-lik thing out of a towel and they are asleep right now all i need to now is what and how to feed them so if you could help me out i would appreciate it and i only want seriouse answers please

Help! Am I doing enough for this baby bird?

My across the street neighbor stole a baby bird that I am guessing only 2 or 3 days old I have been feeding it bread soaked in water and feeding it thorough a syringe (the reason i have it is because my mom took it from him to try to find the nest which apparently had been ripped up by my across the street neighbor) i am keeping the bird in an old shoe box inside of a metal crate (like one of the file crates with a whole bunch of holes in it) with a heating pad in the bottom for at night and a lamp above it for during the day. I was wondering if there is anything else i should be doing or what else i should know. O yea i have no clue what kind of bird it was

My neighbor feeds the wild birds everyday with white bread, rolls etc.. Is this healthy for them?
