How can i release a baby bird safetly?

I have a baby bird that has most of his feathers and is trying very hard to fly. I found him just yesterday at a park on the floor so i took him in. He cannot fly or perch. He crawls a lot and flaps his wings untill hes out of breath.
Should i return him where i found him or keep him in my care until he learns to fly?
Right now hes eating moist cat food and is in a soft box.
I feed him every hour.

Here’s a Joke for ya:?

There are three old ladies sitting at a park bench, feeding birds, talking about their sons, when one says to the others:
“My son is a preist, and people call him father.”
then the second says,
“That’s nothing, my son is a cardinal, and they call him mon signor.”
The third says:
“Mine is a male dancer, and the call him god.”

my daughter completed 2 years in feb, she’s a very happy baby and also a very coperative one but my concern is

she started walking when she was 18 months old i sometimes wonder is that the reason she is a little slow in her motor activities like she doesn’t lrun around too much, she can’t clmib stairs without support whereas when i take her to that park there are kids even younger who love running around they can climb stiars on their own etc, whereas she’s more happy feeding the birds playing with flowers or sitting on the swing, she is very intelligent she loves reading and can read a book on her own, she’s very talkative and she keeps running around in the house, she loves migling with new kids and she does super yoga, but i get concerned when i look at other kids she’s petite that may be because both my husband and myself have average height, i took her to the doctor and she says its fine because her brain works way faster than she being physiaclly too active. she’s an extremely happy baby , never bothers me, she very civilised and i really have no complains at all. should i be worried.

Dating ideas for teens?

Looking for ideas for dates… I’m 15, so I’m limited in some respects. I was thinking of star watching out in a park after a home dinner… and bike rides when it gets warmer out (little brisk right now considering it’s almost january).

We’re planning on going bowling together soon, and we’ve already gone bird feeding (which by the way, was a good idea).

Suggestions anyone? Please, serious answers…

Thanks and happy new year!

How can I repel dogs when I am feeding small birds in the park?

I like feeding small wild sparrows and blackbirds in the park….but the dog owners think they own the place and let their dogs run wild, poo and pee, and torment the birds while I am feeding them.

What is a good, strong, natural dog repellent that will keep the dogs away, while not bugging the birds that I can conceal??

Very creative ideas welcome!!!!
Im thinking nice hot pepper seeds in a colourful toy or biscuit carefully planted….natures protection?
I noticed the wild birds are very careful what they eat…
Oh, yes..anything harmless that would induce yelping, and that is concealable would be appreciated
last comment: Its not hypocritical to want to repel unleashed dogs away from a small greenspace. I would never harm *any* animal. Wild Birds have a hard life, they are small, exposed, and live a short life. They have a right to greenspace as well(probably even more so). Human domesticated animals ruin the planet everywhere. (I also think keeping parrots as pets is wrong, but thats a whole other issue. Why do Parrots go nuts? Their habitat was totally destroyed by humans and replaced by cattle in central/South America…they don’t belong in cages they belong in a wild rainforest)
