I found a baby kitten outside today. her eyes are still closed! i don’t know how to take care of a baby kitten. i’ve never had a cat before. i have a dog and 3 birds. feeding will be a problem because i am still a student and there is no one else that can care for her while i’m gone. i don’t know what / how to feed her. please help ASAP! i don’t want the kitten to die… =(

My other parakeet is trying to kill the hatchlings?

My sweet shy parakeet, Angel, had a brood of hatchlings with our other parakeet, Beslie. We kept three. Now, she had another brood, and they’re nearly ready to leave the nesting bo. They always peek out now, and have nearly all their feathers. The problem is that ever since about two weeks ago, one of the old brood, I’ll call her C, has been attempting to go inside the nestig bo and kill the three babies. one, she somehow managed to enter and injured two in the head, leaving very terrifying bloody marks quite close to the eyes on both. Even as I speak, (type, whatever) she is still trying to invade and destroy. the mother sometimes attacks her back, and they fight noisely. Angel always has to chase C away from the nesting box, just in time. We’re trying to give C away, but it will be awhile before anyone takes her. I’m afraid that as soon as one comes out, into the bird cage, she will automaticlly murder him/her. I love them all dearly (except for C…) and don’t want them to be killed. Is there any way to keep C from killing them? I don’t want to kill her, and I annot afford a separate cage. What do I do?

Can you feed wild bird seed ( oiled sunflower seeds) to yellow headed parrots?

We have been feeding our yellow headed parrot oiled sunflower seeds. He has been pulling feathers out like crazy. Can this be the problem?

love bird nesting problem!!!!?

i have 2 love-birds and they have a nest box.
the problem is they are not doing with it (almost) anything. the only ting is coming into te nest box and i think only to protect themself
can some one tell me why?!?!

My dog has a serious problem!?

ok well my dog always wanted to go outside so i let her because she always kept barking at the door. But when i let her outside one day i noticed that she was eating bones and stuff. I then saw a dead bird lying on the ground and now i dont know what to do because it looks like my dog was now hurting animals. I know tha it isnt because of hunger because i feed her a lot. What do I do?

i cant think of the name of this childrens book?

the problem i am having is that i am trying to find this one childrens book. i must have lost it moving or something. well in this book this girl and her younger sister are on this boat. on this boat there are tropical birds and plants i think she got some of her food from the plants and fished for the rest of her supper. i remember her feeding her younger sister and taking care of her. kinda like playing mommy. then this storm ends up hitting and she is trying to bring the boat out of it. i am pretty sure that the next thing you know she is back in her own bed at home. if anyone out there knows what book i am talking about please if you would help me. i remember reading it when i was little and now that i am going to have a little one of my own i would love to read it to him. any help would be great! thanks
i know that it is a little book, something you read to a young child
