The bird appears to have fallen from a nest. I have it wrapped in toilet paper and have been feeding it sugar water (its drinking a lot). It has a lot of feathers, but is still missing some. Is there anything else I can do for it?

THE hummers i have spotted are green with a red neck what kind are those? do they have a name ?
I have tried making a sweeter feed mix 2 to 1 sugar water, in an another feeder and attracting the bees away, from the 4 to one hummingbird mix, (didn’t work) the bees just used both feeders, I tried spraying the bees and the feeder with soap and water, it chased the bees away for about 5 min but the soap migrates into the syrup and is not as attractive to the birds, The bees still come.

We use Hospira’s 70% dextrose at the hospitial to make nutrition bags for people. Since it is sugar water in its purest form can it be diluted to a 4-1 ratio for humming birds?
I was out side yesterday and a tiny little Sparrow came hopping into my garage. He’s smaller than an egg. I looked for his nest and couldn’t find it. I ask my girlfriend and she said there was nothing I could do. I left him outside; hiding under a flower pot. This morning I got up and he had made it through the night. I mixed up some sugar water and have been feeding it to him through the day. He’s alive. He can’t fly. His parents can’t lift him back to the nest. And I don’t think he can live on sugar water alone. Any ideas on what to feed a tiny little baby bird?
