Can meal worms be frozen then unthawed to feed to insect eating wild birds when weather is too bad to support insects for their food?

Will wild birds like an all shell-less sunflower seed feed?
Or should I stick to feeding them a mixed no hull feed?
will the no hulls attract different birds than with the shell?
Feeding birds?
I really enjoy wild birds. I live in Florida where birds are in abundance so I decided to purchase a bird feeder that mounts on a glass window pane with a suction cup.
I purchased black sunflower seeds and filled up the feeder and attached to the outside of my office window.
I haven’t had a bird come and feed yet. What’s up with that?
I checked my breath and it doesn’t stink. I even dropped down the blind in case my walking around the office would keep them from landing on the feeder.
Would it be that the window reflects too much light?

My neighbor feeds the wild birds everyday with white bread, rolls etc.. Is this healthy for them?

How do you take care a baby bird when it fell?
I found 4 baby birds on the ground, yes i did found 4 today, and they are really small, and have not opened their eyes yet, they are newborns from what my parents said, just hatched. they were in my back yard, and i have not seen any big birds lately, and i tried putting them in a cardboard box with tissues with a ladder on top, but the parent didn’t get them. I want them to grow big and healthy so i can release them into the wild. yes they are wild birds.
The eggs in the nest looks like Blue with red dots on them…

being native american all my life….never joined a religion. love gardenning,outdoorsy stuffff. Love all animals and help stays when i can afford to… feed all these wild birds..bake bread for these lil kritterz.. I like the wicca way..I read about it..I collecting books… reading…I think i saw myself in a few of these books…. am I wiccan?
