I Have a Bird Nest..need advice?

There were 5 birds, in the nest eye level to me My stupid cat ” Preicous ” is her name has killed 2 w/ n the 1st 1 1/2 wks of their life! * I know its natural for cats to do thoses types of things! My cat is an indoor cat, but sometimes she runs out any chance she can get.
Now there is only 3. 1 of them can only see out of 1 eye, Precious has injured the other eye.
* My point is what are the signs if the parents are not feeding the babys?
I have not touched them at all !!!
Is there a website to go to for local wildlife in my area?
When I do see them from far away they seem so quite not making any type of noise.

jelly nutt..ya my family & I r trying our best to keep the cat inside. her food & litter is in the garage.When we are gone for a short time we leave her in the crate, or sometime in the house.

any other advice w/ the birds, especially the ” 1 eye “????

A baby Mourning Dove Help!!?

So I found a baby mourning dove that is about 3-5Wks of age. Some children where messing with it and i saved it. Good thing it was not severely hurt, just maybe minor bruises but all is fine^^ Uhm..i wasn’t sure where the baby bird came from, I did search for its nest but did not find it so i took it home with me. i bought some Exact baby bird food and a small syringe to feed it, and placed it in a box covered to warm it up, and calm it down from the shock.
One thing i need to understand is how much of the Exact baby bird food do i need to feed it and every how many hours???

btw..how many weeks would u say on this pick?!
Its not aggressive at me..i would probably say that its a little scared and a bit hesitant toward me..so urhm..yah.Also.. do i offer it any bird food or what should i start off with?
